About the Role: Reception / Administration
Reporting to the Administrative Director and Bookkeeper, the front end Receptionist is a key team player who:
Provides friendly, professional office administration and reception support
Assists realtors with administrative needs and helps onboard new team members
Supports bookkeeping with daily, monthly, and yearly accounting tasks (must have own transportation for bank deposits)
Creates and maintains files for Team Powerhouse Realty and Powerhouse Plaza
Communicates with tenants of Powerhouse Plaza
Tackles special projects, including opportunities to support marketing and social media, making each day unique
What We're Looking For:
A true team player with excellent interpersonal skills who enjoys contributing to a positive office culture
Someone enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow with us
Strong communicator with great organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with others
Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new web-based programs
Experience in an administrative or reception role preferred
