We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Case Operator with COMMON SENSES to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client records, ensuring smooth backend operations, and liaising with key partners, such as insurance companies and banks. This role is vital in supporting the company's financial operations and ensuring seamless workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize, review, and maintain client documents and records within the company's system.
• Assist in completing backend review tasks following established processes and requirements.
• Communicate and coordinate with external partners, including insurance companies and major banks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by team leadership to support departmental needs.
Qualifications:
Skills:
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive learning attitude.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to summarize and organize information effectively.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities, with excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office-related software.
