We are looking for a

Receiving Clerk

to join our warehouse team and help manage incoming shipments. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

As part of a growing distributor of quality Asian food products, you'll play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting efficient order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality Record package details and update inventory management systems Use warehouse equipment such as reach trucks and order pickers to move and organize products Assist in maintaining an efficient warehouse layout for easy access and order picking Collaborate with team members to accurately and promptly fulfill e-commerce orders Perform basic math calculations to verify quantities received against purchase orders Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company policies

Qualifications

Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred Familiarity with inventory management systems is an asset Skilled in package handling, order picking, and order fulfillment Basic math skills for inventory verification and tracking Ability to operate reach trucks and order pickers safely (training can be provided) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Vietnamese language ability (reading and writing) with strong English communication skills preferred

Pay: $16.50-$19.00 per hour
