We are seeking a dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join our team. The RECE will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children. Duties



Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting developmental milestones and concerns. Create a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and needs. Collaborate with team members to develop individualized education plans and ensure consistency in care. Maintain compliance with licensing regulations and health & safety standards. Support children with daily routines such as feeding, toileting, and rest periods. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Experience



Prior experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred. Certification as a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) or equivalent credential is required. Knowledge of child development principles, curriculum planning, and behavior management strategies. Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families, and team members. Ability to adapt to diverse needs of children and demonstrate patience and empathy. Experience with documenting observations and maintaining detailed records is advantageous. Pay: $24.86 per hour
