As we continue to expand, we are growing our procurement team to strengthen accuracy, consistency, and operational excellence across the organization.

We are seeking a detail oriented and organized Rebuyer to join our procurement team. This role is responsible for executing purchase orders, managing vendor confirmations, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring clean, accurate data within our ERP system.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and enjoys coordinating with vendors and internal teams. Rebuyers play a key part in supporting smooth operations across manufacturing, distribution, and branch locations.

What You Will Do



Create and process purchase orders in the ERP system (S2K). Review order confirmations and follow up with vendors to resolve discrepancies. Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock to maintain supply continuity. Process and follow up on special orders to support branch and sales teams. Maintain accurate and up to date order records. Identify and resolve issues related to pricing, quantities, or delivery timelines. Support item code maintenance and basic data corrections in the ERP system when required. Communicate with Operations, Sales, Category Management, and other departments regarding delivery timelines and product availability. Maintain compliance with established procurement workflows and purchasing standards. Work collaboratively with other Rebuyers to balance workload and provide consistent support across locations.

What You Bring



Three to five years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management. Applicants with one to three years of relevant experience may be considered. Experience in building materials, hardware, manufacturing, or construction related environments is an asset. Proficiency with ERP or MRP systems. Experience with S2K Enterprise is an advantage. Proficiency with Excel and standard business software applications. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work. Effective communication skills when working with vendors and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast paced environment. Strong sense of accountability and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Post secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred but not required. Applicants with equivalent experience will be fully considered.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
