Using the latest CAD technology offered by Bentley MicroStation and aSa software, we provide high quality detailing that meets CSA, RSIC, and ASTM specifications.Job SummaryThis position is responsible for producing accurate and precise placing drawings necessary for the fabrication and placement of reinforcing steel bars and related accessories in accordance with customer contract documents and industry standards. In addition, the Rebar Detailer should be familiar with many aspects of commercial construction such as estimating, planning, and submittals. The ideal candidate should have experience working with detailing software, have project management skills, and a keen eye for detail. They must also be comfortable working within rigid time constraints with the ability to interact with all levels of operations.Responsibilities

• Detail rebar using Bentleys MicroStation and aSa Software Solutions
• Produce high quality, detailed placing drawings for cast-in-place concrete structures
• Adhere to established standards, guidelines, and procedures
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Other duties as assigned

Technical Requirements

• Post-secondary education from a technical CAD program is considered an asset
• Technologically inclined and adept at learning new systems
• Familiarity with concrete construction
• Ability to read blueprints/shop drawings

Business Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Teams, OneNote, and SharePoint
