Our office has more leads than we can handle (and our current team literally can\'t keep up). We are a technology-driven real estate company with an amazing internet lead generation system. Since then we have opened up our own independent brokerage here at the Concept Realty Group. We would be thrilled to have you join our team. Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000+ at plan yearly Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
  • Create documents such as representation agreements and negotiate purchase contracts
  • Participate in open houses every month and networking activities to enhance your sales
  • Ongoing learning and ability to lead clients with the most care, dignity, and respect
  • Consistently network and prospect for new customers on a daily basis, and yes you have to pick up the phone and make calls every day
  • Guide 30 to 50 buyer clients through the home-buying process each year
  • Ability to commit to a full-time schedule (evening and weekends required)
  • Be accountable in everything you do

Qualifications:
  • A Residential Real Estate license is required or actively pursuing
  • Proficient use of technology and various software tools
  • Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude
  • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs in person and over the phone
  • High School Diploma
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Some weekend and evening hours required
  • You will need to dress appropriately, business casual
  • Owning your own vehicle and a valid driver\'s license
  • Having a clean criminal record is a must to be licensed in Real Estate
  • Be trustworthy and honest- respecting the office rules and our policy/procedures
  • This is not a 9-5 job, so an open schedule is required
