Real Estate Trades Coordinator

to manage the administrative side of real estate transactions, ensuring smooth and timely closings.

Position Overview:


The

Real Estate Trades Coordinator

will oversee all documentation and deadlines related to real estate transactions from accepted offer to closing. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate between clients, agents, lawyers, mortgage brokers, and other parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage all real estate transactions from acceptance of offer to final closing Review purchase and sale agreements for accuracy and compliance Input, track, and maintain transaction details in CRM and brokerage systems (LoneWolf, MLS, TransactionDesk) Communicate with clients, agents, lawyers, lenders, and cooperating brokerages to ensure all conditions, deadlines, and requirements are met Prepare and submit necessary documents to the brokerage for compliance Monitor deposit receipts, trust account records, and closing packages Coordinate commission disbursement and ensure accurate payment processing Maintain organized transaction files (digital and physical) for compliance audits Provide administrative support to agents and management as required

Qualifications:



Previous experience in real estate administration, conveyancing, or as a trades coordinator preferred

Knowledge of or familiarity with Lone Wolf

(or similar real estate transaction software) required Strong understanding of real estate contracts, forms, and transaction processes Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A background in real estate is highly recommended to ensure a strong understanding of transaction flow and industry practices



Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
