Compensation:


$50,000 - $250,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from the client about potential homes. Prospect for new leads to promote new business Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust, and increase sales volume Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and help them acquire the perfect home

Qualifications:

Great communication and social skills Past sales experience is preferred Technology driven Self-motivation and drive Show good organizational and time management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills Past sales experience is preferred Compliance with local and regional licensing and education requirements
