The Popowich & Company team is looking for a self-motivated, ambitious Sales Agent to join us! We want to help You build your career! Our fast-growing team has lots of leads! We need a sales agent to help us handle those leads. We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support. If you are interested in making more money, having a flexible schedule, and working in a fun, inviting atmosphere, then you should apply today! Compensation: $80,000 - $300,000 Responsibilities:
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Hold Buyer consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find them a home to meet those needs.
- Create written purchase agreements for buyer clients.
- Advocate for all clients during the negotiation process
- Educate clients on the current market
- Provide post-closing care to all clients
- Be a team player and work together for the better of the company
- Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
- Organized and manages time effectively
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
- Technology driven
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Must have a valid RECA Real Estate License or currently enrolled in the Real Estate Associates Program
