Responsibilities:

Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
\xe2\x80\x9cAlways be consulting\xe2\x80\x9d by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
Follow-up with leads to increase sales
Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home

Qualifications:

Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
Show good organizational and time management skills
Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
A successful and proven sales history is preferred
Tech savvy
