Assess buyers' needs and goals for moving. Identify properties that meet buyers' criteria. Refine the needs and wants of buyers based on home tours. Negotiate offers for clients. Learn fantastic scripts and sales strategies. Attend home inspections and buyer visits

Experience

A valid real estate license is required. Previous experience in real estate sales or property management is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills. Proven negotiation skills that can lead to successful transactions for clients. A customer-centric approach that prioritizes client satisfaction at every stage of the process.

Salary:

Commission-Based
