About the Role:



We're hiring

motivated and ambitious Real Estate Sales Representatives

Key Responsibilities:



Successfully navigating the role of a real estate agent involves performing a broad scope of requisite duties and responsibilities. These include:

Engaging in networking, branding, and marketing efforts to generate leads and secure referrals, increasing your portfolio of property listings and attracting potential buyers. Researching and conducting comparative market analyses, evaluating property conditions, and determining property values. Marketing properties to prospective buyers by composing compelling descriptions, utilizing MLS, operating drones, taking high-quality photos, and leveraging social media platforms. Showing listings with a focus on buyer needs, accurate property information, and respect for the seller's privacy and security. Conducting open houses, including promotion, staging preparation, and fielding inquiries from potential buyers. Educating and supporting clients through the buying and selling process to ensure they understand each step and maintain realistic expectations. Negotiating deals on behalf of clients to ensure their best interests are represented. Drafting and managing real estate contracts in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

RECO license
