Responsibilities



Assist clients in buying and selling properties by providing comprehensive market analysis and property evaluations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and outstanding customer service. Market properties using various platforms to attract potential buyers. Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes. Conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings to showcase listings effectively. Stay informed about local real estate trends, property values, and market conditions to provide accurate advice. Manage administrative tasks related to listings, including documentation and record keeping.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently. Excellent negotiation skills to advocate for clients' best interests during transactions. Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients. Ability to market properties effectively using various tools and platforms. Pay: $48,823.81-$163,854.47 per year
