Job Overview

As a Realtor, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate the real estate market. Your primary responsibility will be to assist buyers and sellers in the purchase, sale, or rental of properties. You will leverage your negotiation skills and market knowledge to provide exceptional service and ensure a smooth transaction process. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

Guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process of residential or commercial properties. Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, trends, and local real estate regulations. Develop marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers. Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms. Prepare and present property listings, including photographs and descriptions, to potential buyers. Maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. Assist clients with property management tasks as needed. Organize open houses and property showings to showcase listings effectively. Provide administrative support throughout the transaction process, including preparing contracts and documentation.

Requirements

Final-course student in the Real Estate Program at Humber College, currently in the process of obtaining RECO license. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful transactions. Excellent marketing abilities to promote properties effectively. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable for serving diverse clientele. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions. Organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client relationships efficiently.

Pay: $60,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
