We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Realtor to join our team. As a Realtor, you will guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Duties

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the entire process. Conduct market research to stay updated on property values, market trends, and neighborhood dynamics. Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms. Develop and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication. Prepare property listings, including taking photographs and writing compelling descriptions to attract potential buyers. Organize open houses and property showings to showcase listings to prospective buyers. Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records of transactions and client interactions. Utilize marketing strategies to promote listings across various platforms, including social media and real estate websites. Provide property management services as needed for rental properties.

Experience

Proven experience in real estate or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; entry-level candidates with a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships. Organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Familiarity with property management practices is beneficial but not required.

Pay: $52,930.81-$150,000.00 per year
