Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Executive L-1 to join our team. If you are on work permit and struggling to make ends meet, this is your opportunity to break the queue and join the train. This is a Real estate supporting role and you dont need a Real estate license for this position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, driving sales growth through effective negotiation and relationship-building with clients. Bit of social media (fb, Instagram), marketing, and basic understanding of property management, along with common sense communication skills is all we expect in this role.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct common sense sales activities, including telemarketing, cold calls, inside sales, to generate leads and close deals. Utilize CRM to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Communicate effectively both written and verbal.

Experience

Beginners, Freshers and work permit holders may apply. Basic negotiation skills with coachable mindset. Must be a good listener. Must be willing to drive within GTA region (Car+License) Basic communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. Languages - Hindi, English, Punjabi
