Duties:- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and changes in regulations
- Network and build relationships with clients, other real estate professionals, and industry contactsQualifications:-Valid Real Estate License in Ontario (Students who are finishing their license are also accepted)
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market and industry practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
