Compensation:

$50,000 - $250,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Prospect for new leads to promote new business "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from the client about potential homes. Prospect for new leads to promote new business Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust, and increase sales volume Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and help them acquire the perfect home

Qualifications:

Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills Self-motivation and drive Show good organizational and time management skills Past sales experience is preferred Technology driven Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills Past sales experience is preferred Compliance with local and regional licensing and education requirements
