Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 You will assist sellers by getting them posted to the real estate board\xe2\x80\x99s MLS\xc2\xae Systems, to REALTOR.ca, and to a growing network of real estate advertising websites and partner sites through REALTOR.ca\xe2\x80\x99s Data Distribution Facility (DDF\xc2\xae) \xe2\x80\xa2 You will help sellers establish a strategy surrounding their asking price that will help them get top dollar for their property \xe2\x80\xa2 You will help sellers with offers, negotiations, and all the associated paperwork while providing them with the expert guidance and advice required to complete their sale \xe2\x80\xa2 You will help sellers win back their time by removing the hassle of needing to show their own property.
