You\xe2\x80\x99ll act as the buyer\xe2\x80\x99s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Responsibilities:

Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close

  • Job ONE is prospecting. This means that you should expect to be calling, emailing, and texting into our database of over 30,000 leads approximately 2 hours per day, five days per week - we have lots of training for this.
  • Job two is following up. Again, our systems and training make this EASY!
  • Assist buyers with showings of homes
  • Work on listing properties for sale
  • Write offers, negotiate transactions, and close them to possession!
  • Work with sellers wishing to sell their homes. This includes pricing, following up, and negotiating offers. We look after all the marketing for you!
  • Provide an amazing customer service experience by engaging with clients through telephone, text, e-mail, and social media. We\xe2\x80\x99ll help you learn how to do this at a very high level
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll also learn how to generate business for yourself too! This includes building out your sphere of influence, contacting them, doing open houses, and engaging meaningfully within your community. This is a great source of business and we\'ll teach you how to do that too! Plus, you get great bonuses for these kinds of deals!
  • Your main job is to build trust and grow relationships so you can help families buy and sell real estate!
  • We care A LOT, your success will depend on how much you care, how hard you work, and how coachable you are.
  • Being coachable is key. We\xe2\x80\x99ll provide excellent mentorship...you just need to deliver the goods!
  • You must be flexible. Things are ALWAYS changing in our industry. One of the ways we\xe2\x80\x99ve managed to grow over the years is because we\xe2\x80\x99re constantly learning new technology, new strategies, new scripts, and new ways to serve the needs of our valued clients
Qualifications:

Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
Must have a valid U.S. driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and can travel by car
1+ years of buyer\xe2\x80\x99s agent or relevant real estate experience
Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree desired
  • You must be kind and open-hearted -no jerks allowed - there is zero tolerance for bullies here!
  • You MUST BE COACHABLE and willing to learn!
  • You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You must POSSESS or be eligible for an Alberta real estate license to be considered for this role. You can check out www.RECA.ca for details.
  • You must obtain your Alberta real estate license for continued employment. Typically this occurs within the first 90 days of being with the Team. Some have done it in as little as 3 weeks.
  • You definitely need a car and a valid driver\'s license.
  • You need to be living in Southern Alberta or be willing to move here.
  • You must be comfortable with us talking about loving one another here
