Our partner is a well known Real Estate Marketing company specializing in development properties locally. The company has an exceptional company culture and is located in the lower mainland. They partner with leading developers to sharpen their product vision and bring projects to market using innovative marketing leading techniques.

The Role:

In this position as \xe2\x80\x98Marketing Manager\xe2\x80\x99 you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies that are in support of the company\xe2\x80\x99s growth goals. You will work closely with different departments and internal stakeholders in sales, development, construction, design etc. to ensure alignment and to drive growth. You have strong experience in Real Estate Marketing. You have strong communication skills and a creative mindset. You are passionate about driving results that align with your clients needs. You are able to execute on plans on time within the marketing budget. In this position you report directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to project sites, and client and vendor offices
  • In office hours 9:00am-5:00pm. (location Cloverdale)
  • Work with VP of Marketing and Sales to design creative marketing strategies to meet client goals
  • Collaborate with Sales to align on marketing efforts that support the sales team
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for residential development projects
  • Market research on market tends, and the landscape to analyze and identify target buyers.
  • Creation and management of campaigns over various channels (print, digital, social)
  • Oversee the production of marketing collateral to ensure consistent messaging (brochures, inserts, signage, websites, videos)
  • Manage relationships with resources (vendors and agencies)
  • Manage budget and reconcile reports
  • Handle negotiations with vendors and suppliers
  • Monitor success of marketing campaigns and use insights and data to inform decisions and tactics
  • Monitor competitive campaigns.
  • HTML management, production, layout and distribution email blasts.
  • Plan and execute promotional events
  • Writing and proofreading of layout copy
  • Plan out project timelines.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and maintain an innovative approach and outlook
  • Other responsibilities that support overall client management and marketing activities as needed.
  • When needed, participate in project launches (weekend), realtor/special events (evenings).
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in marketing, real estate, or related field
  • Degree or equivalent diploma in marketing, communications or real estate.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional presentation skills. Professional and action oriented.
  • Collaborative and a team player.
  • In depth knowledge of real estate marketing principles, strategies and tactics
  • Strong experience creating and delivering strategic marketing plans
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, inDesign and Illustrator
  • Vehicle or reliable transportation required
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Real estate license preferred.
