Responsibilities:

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions regularly;
• Utilize various communication mediums, such as WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, and texts, to contact prospects;
• Leverage an extensive database of leads to engage potential buyers;
• Assist clients with needs assessments and showings of homes;
• Manage the listing and selling process from start to finish, including writing offers, negotiating terms, and closing transactions;
• Communicate with sellers to determine the best pricing strategy and marketing plan;
• Provide the highest level of customer service by engaging with clients through various communication channels;
• Work to cultivate relationships with clients to generate future business opportunities;
• Remain flexible and open-minded as the real estate industry is always changing;
• Demonstrate to clients that you truly care about their needs;
• Put in hard work and dedication in order to succeed.

Qualifications:

• You must have a positive attitude and be free from negativity;
• You must be open to learning and embrace growth opportunities;
• You must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• You must obtain a valid Alberta real estate license or be eligible to get one;
• You must be registered in, or have already completed your RECA Real Estate Agent course in order to begin;
• Owning a vehicle and having a driver\'s license is a requirement;
• You must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Calgary area;
• You must be open-minded and caring;
• You must have a passion for self-improvement and helping others;
• A sense of humor and a joyful nature are essential;
