Who are we looking for?


The Productivity Coach is a top producing real estate agent and a recognized leader in the Market Center with high integrity and a track record of business success. This individual is driven, yet compassionate. They exhibit a take-charge, results-oriented approach to situations and goals, yet also relish seeing others achieve. The are well versed in the KW systems, models and technology including Millionaire Real Estate Agent and KW Command. They are participatory in the Market Center and lead by example by building a profitable business using the KW systems and models.

The Productivity Coach works closely with the Market Center's leadership team (particularly the Team Leader and/or Operating Principal) to set goals for the coaching program and track success. They are a leader who consistently demonstrates teamwork by actively supporting the Market Center's direction and initiative. Together, the Productivity Coach and Market Center Leadership work to increase the productivity of non-capping associates to Capper level. They collaborate in finding candidates for coaching. Then, the Productivity Coach will consult with those associates to uncover their goals, coach them on the actions necessary to achieve those goals, and then hold them accountable to taking the necessary actions. Productivity Coaches track results and are ready to celebrate successes and support challenges along the way. Additionally, Productivity Coaches work closely with the Market Center Leadership to create and implement productivity events and the Market Center's training calendar.

Productivity Coaches should be highly skilled in holding others accountable and should have a rich knowledge base of what to hold others accountable to. They view learning as the foundation of their action plan and have (or are willing to have) a KW MAPS Coach to hold them accountable to achieving their results.

They naturally exhibit the WI4C2TES Keller Williams belief system in their dealings with others. They are authentic leaders. They delight in knowing that they have attained success when the associates in their coaching program--and in their Market Center--succeed.

What will you do?


These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:

Increase productivity of non-capping associates to capping status through Productivity Coaching as quickly as possible within their first year

Set and achieve the standard that at least 25 percent of associates in the coaching program obtain Capper status

Set and achieve the standard that 50 percent or more of all the Market Center's associates are productive every month

PC Coach educates, motivates, and coaches agents. Promotes Ignite, BOLD, KW MAPS Coaching, and events to ensure agents obtain and maintain Cap status

Assist in the recruiting process and coaching of new agents who will be required to enter the coaching program

Essential duties and responsibilities



Meet monthly with the Team Leader and/or Operating Principal to identify potential candidates for Productivity Coaching

Guide associates in Productivity Coaching through establishing goals and writing a business plan

Coach these associates on the activities that will enable them to achieve their goals

Meet bi-weekly with associates in coaching to review their key numbers and hold them accountable to completion of actions

Implement a regular reward system and/or consequence for associates in coaching who are/are not hitting their goal numbers

Track associate results and share this information with the Team Leader and/or Operating Principal

Work with the Team Leader to implement regular productivity opportunities and resources, including daily group lead generation Power Hours, etc.

Support the Team Leader in generating, implementing, and distributing the monthly training calendar

Support and reinforce the Team Leader's leadership throughout the Market Center

Promote Productivity Coaching at associate orientation, in team meetings, at real estate events, on career nights, etc.

Participate in Career Development Committee of the ALC and/or other committees if asked

Regularly attend training programs, have a KW MAPS Coach, and utilize the MAPS Gamebook and the MAPS Playbook, as well as the models and systems of the Millionaire Real Estate Agent and the Rookie Real Estate Agent.

Compensation



Compensation will consist of production-based commission bonuses based on the production of associates in the Productivity Coaching Program as well as one, or a combination of, the following:

cost sharing of KW Maps Coaching tuition
