A fast-paced, rapidly growing real estate brokerage is seeking a talented

full-time, in-house Real Estate Photographer/Videographer

to elevate our listing marketing and social media presence. This role is ideal for someone creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing high-quality visual content that showcases homes, communities, and our team.

Responsibilities

? Photograph and film residential listings, including interiors, exteriors, and neighbourhood features

? Produce polished listing videos and short-form content for social media (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

? Plan and capture lifestyle content, agent features, community spotlights, and brokerage events

? Edit photos and videos to meet brand quality standards and quick turnaround timelines

? Manage media files, content calendars, and project deadlines

? Work closely with agents and staff to plan shoots and brainstorm creative ideas

? Stay up to date with social media trends to create fresh, engaging content

? Maintain and organize photography and video equipment

Qualifications

? Professional experience in real estate photography/videography (portfolio required)

? Proficiency with

Adobe Creative Cloud

programs for photo and video editing(Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

? Skilled with mirrorless cameras; drone certification is a strong asset

? Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling

? Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines ? Excellent communication and organization skills

? Creative thinker with consistency in brand aesthetics

? Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
