Real Estate Photographer & Videographer
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Capture interior and exterior photos and videos of real estate listings
- Take drone photos and drone video - sub-250g drone (e.g., DJI Mini) accepted
- No editing or post-processing - just upload the raw files after each job
- Travel to properties around Toronto, Vaughan, Markham, and nearby areas
- Follow visual guidelines provided before each shoot
Pay Structure
- Paid $50-$120 per property, depending on shoot type
- Payment is issued upon delivery of all required files
- No editing or retouching required
Requirements
- Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras
- Wide-angle lens (14mm preferred) - can be provided if needed
- Stabilizer (gimbal) for video capture
- Drone experience required; no license needed if using lightweight drone
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Strong sense of composition and lighting
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
Experience Not Required
