We are seeking a talented and creative Real Estate Photographer and 3D Tour Creator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and creating immersive 3D tours of residential and commercial properties. Your work will play a crucial role in showcasing properties to potential buyers, enhancing their visual appeal through expert photography and videography techniques.

Duties

Capture stunning photographs of properties using professional-grade cameras and equipment. Create engaging 3D virtual tours that provide an immersive experience for prospective buyers. Edit and enhance photos using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and other editing software. Manage color correction and color management to ensure high-quality visuals that accurately represent the properties. Produce video content highlighting property features, utilizing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and other video production software. Collaborate with real estate agents to understand their vision and requirements for each project. Conduct post-production work including photo manipulation and art direction to create visually compelling content. Stay updated on the latest trends in real estate photography, videography, and social media management to enhance marketing strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience in photography, particularly in real estate or architectural photography. Will be willIng to train. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, and familiarity with Capture One Experience in videography and video production is highly desirable. Excellent post-production skills with a keen eye for detail in photo editing and manipulation. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. Background in journalism or social media management is a plus. A passion for visual storytelling and an ability to showcase properties in their best light.
