We're Hiring: Real Estate Law Clerk / Paralegal - Serado

Who You Are

You're a practicing real estate law clerk or paralegal with at least 5 years of hands-onexperience, from file open to close. You believe there's always a better way to approach problems, and you're eager to find it. You think ahead by improving processes and not just completing tasks You know how to dig into rules, regulations, and compliance requirements without waiting for someone to tell you the answer. You're customer-first, with a natural ability to anticipate needs and deliver service that exceeds expectations. You can work independently with little to no supervision and still deliver excellence. You're solutions-oriented, not just task-oriented and believe in modernizing legal practice with balance and purpose.

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience across both Ontario and Alberta real estate files. Have built training manuals, process guides, or procedures for others. Thrive in dynamic environments where your creativity is just as valuable as your technical skills.

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
