Job Description
Hassett & Reid LLP, a busy Airdrie law office, has an immediate opening for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal!
We are looking for a full time employee who wants to work locally in Airdrie.
Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who is very comfortable with residential real estate conveyancing (sales, purchases, refinances). Preference will be given to applicants with new construction condominium experience.
Familiarity with BC real estate conveyancing is a strong asset, but not required.
Job responsibilities include: managing assigned files (time management and prioritization are crucial), preparation of transfer/mortgage documents, communication with clients, realtors, law firms, and other service providers, and coordination of transaction closings.
This is not a remote position.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $32.00-$37.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week

Real Estate Legal Assistant/Paralegal: 2 years (required)
