Real Estate Coordinator

who can help us shape the future of our real estate portfolio and contribute to the success of our dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:



1.

Lease Management:

Administer real estate leases for modular building projects, ensuring accurate documentation, and facilitating effective communication between tenants and the company.

2.

Tax Checks and Compliance:

Conduct regular tax assessments for our modular property portfolio, ensuring adherence to compliance and facilitating timely payments.

3.

Property Oversight for Modular Projects:

Manage both rented and owned properties, overseeing current rentals, and coordinating the cleanup and return of camp leases by ensuring seamless integration with modular building initiatives.

4. PC Corp Main Contact:

Laptop assignments, cell phone assignments new hires/terminations.

5. Answering phones for company incoming calls.



6. Office supplies montoring and insuring they are stocked.



Candidate Qualifications:



Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate coordination, property management or related field.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred)

Ability to work with complex and confidential documents and reports.

Strong organizational, prioritization and multitasking skills.

Knowledge of lease administration, tax assessments and property management.

Familiarity with City of Edmonton real estate processes is an asset.

Detail-oriented with excellent communication and administrative abilities.

Must be able to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,103.71-$70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Overtime
Ability to commute/relocate:

Acheson, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:

sales: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
