Position Overview

We're seeking a

Media Specialist

who blends creativity with technical expertise. You'll collaborate with our media team and real estate agents to produce, optimize, and deliver high-impact marketing content -- from videos and graphics to SEO-driven website updates and event coordination.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to internal emails and agent requests Edit and produce engaging visual content using

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and InDesign

Update and maintain property websites and listing pages Implement basic

SEO strategies

to improve visibility and performance Assist in creating landing pages, video embeds, and dynamic media for campaigns Coordinate

events, ticketing, and logistics

for company and community functions Collaborate with agents to promote listings and services, applying light sales and marketing skills Support

3D modeling and rendering coordination

for listings Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and agents Troubleshoot and problem-solve media or marketing challenges

Qualifications

Strong proficiency with

Adobe Creative Cloud

(Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom) Experience in

video editing, photography, and design

Basic knowledge of

SEO, website editing, and digital marketing

Familiarity with

3D modeling/rendering concepts

(Matterport, Blender, SketchUp, etc.) Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills Strong understanding of branding, presentation, and visual composition Basic sales or client-service experience is an asset Knowledge of

real estate marketing or interior design

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 40 per week
