Job Description

Our client is looking for a self-motivated real estate lawyer who shares their commitment to excellence and a passion for the real estate industry. As part of the team, you will be working across the spectrum of commercial real estate, construction financing, and project development, with a focus on the aspects of condominium projects, from the very start of projects all the way to final closings. This full-time role is based out of Toronto, Ontario.

Your responsibilities in this role

- Correspond with clients

- Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

- Analyze and summarize legal documents

- Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

Requirements

- Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines

- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

- Strong academic credentials and references

- Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

- Real estate law experience, particularly in condo projects

- Licensed Ontario lawyer with 3+ years of experience
