We focus on delivering personalized solutions to complex legal issues through a team approach that combines legal expertise, practical experience, and innovative thinking. : We are seeking a Real Estate Lawyer to join our team of legal professionals. The successful candidate will have experience in all areas of real estate law, including residential and commercial transactions, leasing, development, and financing. Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of real estate law, including transactions, leasing, development, and financing.
- Draft and review real estate agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Conduct due diligence and research on real estate transactions.
- Represent clients in negotiations and transactions.
- Manage and oversee real estate transactions, including closings.
- Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities and strategies.
- Stay current on changes in real estate laws and regulations.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law in Ontario.
- Experience in both residential and commercial real estate transactions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
- Licensed to practice law in Ontario.
