We're looking for an experienced Real Estate Law clerk who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in managing files from start to finish with accuracy and attention to detail.

What You'll Do

Manage residential real estate files -- purchases, sales, mortgages, and refinancing -- from start to finish

Prepare and review deeds, affidavits, and Agreements of Purchase and Sale

Draft and coordinate closing documents and correspondence

Conduct and review title and off-title searches; draft requisitions

Work closely with clients, lenders, and other law offices to ensure smooth closings

Organize and coordinate files efficiently and professionally

What We're Looking For

3-5 years of residential real estate law experience

Proficiency in Conveyancer, Teraview, PC Law, Microsoft Word & Outlook

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Excellent oral and written communication

Ability to manage a high volume of files with efficiency

Experience in Family Law is an asset

Compensation & Details

Salary: CA$45,000 - CA$55,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
