Compensation:
$18.50 per hour + Bonus
Responsibilities:
Evaluate the team's progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer's or listing agentQualifications:
Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills At least one year of real estate sales experience Applicants must have a high school diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred Evening and weekend work required Must be tech-savvyAbout Company
