Overview

Holand Automotive Group is a diversified organization with a strong presence in the automotive and real estate sectors. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations of our growing real estate portfolio. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting and supporting the company's strategic planning and decision-making.

Duties

Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Oversee the preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to maintain accurate records. Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets. Collaborate with property management, operations, and executive teams to provide financial insights that support business growth.

Skills

Proficiency in Yardi Breeze, Yardi, or HOPEM for managing financial transactions.

Experience in account reconciliation and financial analysis. Solid understanding of budgeting techniques and financial forecasting. Ability to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable effectively. Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Strong organizational abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities. Effective verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
