Currently, we are looking for a candidate as an Office Administrator with experience within the real estate field and Back Office. A successful candidate should have the following:
Broker Load: Uploading MLS Listings, Update/Change Status, Upload Photos, Scanning and Uploading Documents, Price changes etc.
Broker Bay: Managing Appointments, Updating information etc.
Ability to Navigate TRREB
Database Management
High Knowledge of Paperwork/Offers: Preparing offers, completing or obtaining documents for Deals, use of Authentisign when required.
Ability to use Lone Wolf: Entering deal information into lone wolf system, following up with agents, lawyers, builders, clients etc. via email and phone.
Ensure all files are kept up to date and organized
Experience with Accounting and Deals Departments within the Real Estate Field
Any other admin work as required.
Requirements:
MUST have a Minimum of 1 year experience in Real Estate Deals Department.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment in a productive and organized way
