Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Real Estate Conveyancer
to join their growing, dynamic legal team. This full-time, on-site position involves managing a variety of real estate transactions from start to finish. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working independently, and is passionate about providing excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of real estate transactions
Prepare and process legal documentation
Conduct title and tax searches, review encumbrances, and ensure accuracy of all information
Liaise with clients, lenders, realtors, and other legal professionals
Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and internal timelines
Maintain accurate files and handle closing procedures with professionalism
Qualifications:
2-8 years of experience in real estate conveyancing, preferably in a law firm setting
Strong knowledge of conveyancing practices
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple files and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in conveyancing software and Microsoft Office
