Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team in Alberta. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Alberta real estate market, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to facilitate successful transactions for our clients. This role requires effective communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to ensure seamless buying, selling, and leasing experiences. As a Real Estate Broker, you will guide clients through their real estate journeys while ensuring compliance with all relevant Alberta regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties across Alberta. Conduct market research to stay informed on Alberta property values, market trends, and local conditions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering excellent customer service and support throughout the transaction process. Negotiate contracts, offers, and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes. Prepare and present property listings, marketing materials, and promotional content tailored to the Alberta market. Oversee administrative tasks related to property transactions, including document preparation and ensuring compliance with Alberta real estate laws and regulations. Provide expert advice on property management practices when needed. Utilize bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse clients, expanding the market reach.

Qualifications:

Valid real estate broker license in Alberta. Proven experience in real estate sales or brokerage, particularly within Alberta's real estate market. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Skilled negotiator, especially in high-stakes situations. Customer-focused with a commitment to client satisfaction. Experience in property management is an asset. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
