Role Overview



This role is primarily focused on

outbound appointment setting

across multiple channels. You will be responsible for initiating conversations, qualifying interest, and booking appointments for sales calls, property inquiries, and strategy sessions.

You will also assist with light administrative tasks and CRM management to ensure smooth daily operations.

This is an ideal role for someone who is confident communicating with people, comfortable with volume-based outreach, and eager to develop sales and marketing skills in a real-world business environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAppointment Setting & Outreach (Primary Focus)



Conduct outbound outreach via: LinkedIn Instagram SMS Email CRM-based follow-ups Use provided scripts, frameworks, and messaging systems to: Start conversations Qualify prospects Book appointments on the calendar Follow up consistently with warm and semi-warm leads Track daily outreach and appointment metrics

CRM & Lead Management



Update and manage leads inside the CRM Tag, organize, and move prospects through pipelines Ensure notes and follow-ups are logged accurately

Administrative & Support Tasks



Assist with basic real estate admin tasks as needed Support marketing campaign coordination (light tasks only) Maintain organized records and internal documentation

Who We're Looking For



Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable with outbound messaging and high-volume outreach Confident communicator (written English is very important) Self-motivated and able to hit daily activity targets Coachable and willing to follow proven systems and scripts Positive, professional, and team-oriented mindset Interested in real estate, sales, AI, and digital marketing
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35,500.00-$50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

Work Location: Remote
