Duties

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties ( will train) Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings through various channels Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values Manage some administrative tasks including scheduling, and client correspondence Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners Provide guidance on property management, financing options, and legal procedures as needed Utilize communication skills to effectively address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Experience

2-4 years of Prior experience in real estate or related fields such as property management or sales is preferred : training will be provided for motivated candidates Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively Experience in marketing or promotional activities is advantageous Administrative experience that demonstrates organizational skills and attention to detail Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction Effective communication skills--both verbal and written--are essential for success in this role Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $39,088.01-$255,917.54 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
