Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers or tenants Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels including social media, online platforms, and print media Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contractual terms to secure favorable deals for clients Maintain detailed records of property listings, client interactions, and transaction progress using organizational tools Build and nurture relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, coordinating inspections, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally

Requirements

Proven experience or strong interest in real estate sales or property management Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively Strong marketing acumen to promote listings creatively and efficiently Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations Exceptional communication skills--both verbal and written--ensuring clear interactions with clients and colleagues Strong organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client files simultaneously Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
