Qualifications

Valid

BC Real Estate Trading Services License

Strong customer service skills and client relationship management abilities Valid

BC Driver's License

Previous sales or related experience is an asset Passion for real estate and the ability to thrive in a team environment

Key Responsibilities

Guide clients through the full buying and selling process Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms to secure the best outcomes for clients while ensuring compliance Maintain accurate transaction records, client communications, and property information using company systems Complete required

PDP-accredited courses

to maintain licensing Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions

all Greater Vancouver areas

, you will support both buyers and sellers, including but not limited to:

Preparing professional market analysis reports Coordinating property showings and tours Managing and tracking transactions from start to completion Ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted on time

Pay: $41,926.66-$76,394.29 per year
