Job Responsibilities

Provide professional real estate consulting services to clients. Assist clients with buying and selling transactions. Stay informed on the latest market trends and policies to offer reliable advice. Manage and coordinate the entire transaction process for a smooth closing.

Qualifications

Valid BC Real Estate License. Familiarity with the Vancouver real estate market and local regulations. Strong knowledge of property transactions, contracts, and compliance. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with strong client development abilities. Team-oriented, with the drive to grow and succeed together.
