Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers or tenants
Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings through various channels including online platforms and social media
Maintain organized records of property listings, client interactions, and transaction details
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and local regulations
Manage administrative tasks related to property management and client documentation
Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate sales or related fields such as property management or sales support is preferred
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
Organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client accounts efficiently
Marketing expertise to create compelling property listings and promotional materials
Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to client needs
Some Administrative experience is a plus for managing paperwork and transaction processes effectively
