The Johnson Team in Etobicoke is looking to hire two licensed real estate agents to join our team. Ideally, you are a full-time Realtor who is looking to accelerate their career through one-on-one coaching, training, and mentorship. Our team is a full-service team of agents, currently ranked 34th on TREB (Toronto Real Estate Board) in total units (buy & sells) for 2022. We are growing rapidly with future expansion plans & are looking to develop new top-performing agents to handle the high volume of leads and the demand from active clients. We have built a team of like-minded individuals who are not afraid of hard work and are committed to servicing our clients at the highest level, implementing ongoing industry-leading coaching, support systems, and utilizing our 5200 square foot office which is solely for our team! • Marketing Support: All your marketing material is paid for, social media content posts created for you, all features sheets and material for your listings, Buyer/Renter email drip campaigns, and much, much more

We are hiring for 2 Real Estate Agent positions at this time and are not looking to bring on brand new agents. Currently ranked 35th on TRREB of all agents for units sold in 2022. As well as 18th in Canada for RE/Max offices, and consistently top 40 for all RE/Max offices worldwide. Anything you could possibly think of or need as a real estate agent, we take care of. We take all the work out of your day-to-day agent duties in order for you to focus on nurturing and uncovering new buyers & sellers. *Re/Max desk fees to be paid back to agents on our team -- can be discussed during in-person interview. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $80,000.00-$250,000.00 per year Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend availability
