Conduct buyer and seller consultations with professionalism. Guide buyers through the home search and showing process. Provide seller consultations and property evaluations. Negotiate effectively to deliver the best results for clients. Uphold the high service standards of Michael St. Jean Realty. Embrace team principles and maintain a positive, collaborative attitude.

What We're Looking For:



Must have a Real Estate License or be enrolled in the Humber College Real Estate Program.

Highly motivated individuals with a drive to succeed and excel in the real estate industry. Strong communication skills to build rapport and connect effectively with clients. Professional and confident presentation to the public. A commitment to continuous learning to enhance skills and stay ahead in the industry. High ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions. Dedication to being a full-time real estate professional. A team-first mindset, leaving ego at the door and focusing on collaboration. Aspiration to join and contribute to one of Canada's top-performing sales teams in a high-achieving, elite environment.

We are looking for agents who live in and are eager to work in areas including Hamilton, Halton, Niagara, Brantford, Haldimand, and Norfolk.

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license. Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends to go above and beyond for our clients.
