We are looking for motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our team. Entry level real estate agents welcome. You can also apply if you are nearing completion of a real estate licensing course. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the real estate industry, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for listing properties, negotiating deals, and providing guidance to clients throughout the entire home buying process.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties based on their needs and preferences.
Have a thorough knowledge of the local real estate market.
Be able to explain the process of buying and selling a home to clients.
Be familiar with the legal aspects of real estate transactions.
Be able to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other real estate professionals.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations related to real estate transactions.
Understand the financial aspects of real estate transactions.
Requirements:
Valid real estate license in Ontario
Proven track record as a successful real estate agent.
Entry level real estate agents welcome.

Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Proficient in using real estate databases and software.
