• Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese
• Valid Driver's License
• Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Air-Table, follow-up Boss
• Exceptional Phone Skills, Highly Organized
Duties
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the negotiation process by preparing necessary documents.
• Manage property listings, including updating market information and ensuring accuracy across platforms.
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings while maintaining an organized calendar.
• Support property management tasks, including tenant communications, lease administration, and maintenance requests.
• Maintain organized files and records of transactions, communications, and client interactions.
Experience
• Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
