Qualifications:

- Valid BC real estate license (or currently enrolled in the course)

- Valid BC driver's license

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients

- Customer service-oriented mindset

- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients

- Organizational and administrative skills

- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous

Compensation:

This is a commission based profession so the sky is the limit when it comes to earning potential!
